1. Who we are and what YouLista is

YouLista (“we”, “us”) runs an online property advertising platform. We are not a real-estate agent, broker or financial adviser. We don’t negotiate, hold deposits, handle offers, or take part in any transaction between users. Any agreement you make is between you and the other party.

2. Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
• Every account must verify a mobile number you control. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Don’t create accounts for someone else without their permission, or to get around a suspension.

3. Listings

• Only list a property you own or are authorised to market. Listings must be accurate, current and lawful where the property is located — including price, size, photos and availability.
• Disclose material facts the law requires you to disclose, and label edited or AI-generated images (our studio does this for you).
• No discriminatory wording or conditions. No listings for properties that don’t exist or aren’t available.
• We check listings automatically for scam signs and may hold, edit the visibility of, or remove any listing, and suspend accounts, to keep the platform safe.

4. Things you must not do

• Ask anyone for money, deposits or personal documents before they’ve inspected a property and signed a lawful agreement.
• Scrape, copy or resell YouLista content or other users’ details; send spam; or interfere with the site’s security.
• Use other people’s photos, text or trademarks without permission.

5. Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process (for example, photo enhancement), display and promote it on YouLista and in YouLista marketing for as long as it’s on the platform, and to keep backups as required by law.

6. Fees

Searching and listing are free. Optional paid tools or services are priced before you buy, and any taxes are shown where required. See Pricing.

7. Information on YouLista

Neighbourhood data, price estimates, calculators and AI-generated text are general information only, not professional advice. Check important details yourself and get independent legal, financial and building advice before you commit.

8. Liability

We provide YouLista “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from dealings between users or from relying on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be excluded.

9. Ending your use

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
